US Coating Specialists, LLC specializes in polyurea spray coating applications for industrial and commercial buildings throughout Florida.
We are authorized RHINO Linings Protective Coatings applicators, which is their industrial coatings line of chemicals.
Polyurea spray coating is a versatile, high-performance protective solution ideal for industrial and commercial buildings throughout Florida and Georgia. Known for its exceptional flexibility, waterproofing capabilities, and superior resistance to chemical submersion, polyurea coatings provide durable protection against abrasion, corrosion, and impact.
Our coatings also offer excellent tensile strength and noise reduction, making them perfect for various applications such as material handling equipment, chemical containment, wastewater facilities, and flooring exposed to heavy vehicular or foot traffic. Whether you need protection for concrete blocks, truck beds, pipes, or containment basins, polyurea spray coatings deliver a long-lasting, resilient barrier that withstands harsh environmental and industrial conditions.
RHINO Linings Protective Coatings are widely known for their Polyurea chemicals manufactured. They can be used in an almost endless array of industrial and commercial uses. Read below on some of the top coatings you could use to solve any of your potential problems. Call us today so we can assist you! HardLine® provides superior high-level chemical resistance and protection against impact, abrasion and corrosion to deliver maximum protection and toughness, but at a tremendous value. It can be applied with either low or high-pressure equipment.
SolarMax® is a two-component, 100% solids (no VOCs, no solvents), exothermic, rapid curing, elastomeric polyurethane lining system, based on aliphatic chemistry, allowing excellent color and gloss stability. This product combines the durability of a tough elastomer with the color and gloss stability of a urethane topcoat into one product.
HiChem™, the most chemical-resistant Rhino Linings formulation, remains stable in a variety of immersion applications. It is typically sprayed onto metal and concrete surfaces, but it can adhere to almost any substrate. HiChem provides excellent corrosion resistance and will not deteriorate from most chemical attacks.
PipeLiner™ is specifically designed for potable water applications and has passed the rigorous testing requirements of the NSF/ANSI 61 Section 5 (2012) potable water standard and is Truesdail Laboratories listed. This hybrid system is sprayed with high-pressure plural component spray equipment, and can also be sprayed with a cartridge gun for repairs.
Rhino Extreme™ is specifically formulated for extreme outdoor conditions and colder substrate applications. It is a fast-set lining with superior hardness and elongation, high tensile strength, and excellent tear and abrasion resistance.
Rhino Eco-Coat® is UL listed ASTM E-108, aluminized hybrid polyurea spray applied lining for commercial and industrial roofing applications. This system contains UV stabilizers and leafing aluminum pigment for enhanced UV stability.
Rhino Hybrid™ is a two-component, 100% solids (no VOCs, no solvents), exothermic, rapid curing, elastomeric hybrid polyurea lining system. It can be sprayed up to 98% humidity and a dew point temperature difference of 15º or more with no blistering.
