HardLine® is an industrial-grade, two-component, 100% solids elastomeric polyurethane lining system engineered to provide superior, high-level chemical resistance. Formulated with zero solvents and zero VOCs, this exothermic, rapid-curing system acts as an impenetrable shield against severe mechanical impacts, abrasive friction, and advanced oxidation corrosion.
Designed for versatile deployment, HardLine® can be seamlessly applied using either high or low-pressure spray equipment to match complex structural constraints. The product features an engineering profile boasting a Shore D 55 hardness (ASTM D2240). To accommodate distinct field demands, it is available in a 2:1 ratio formulation delivering 50-80% elongation (ASTM D412), as well as a specialized 1:1 ratio formulation delivering 125-175% elongation (ASTM D412) specifically optimized for harder surface protection and enhanced chemical resistance. For projects requiring smooth, self-leveling finishes or precision component molding, the HardLine® 21-55-120 variant features an extended gel time ideal for meticulous surface spraying and heavy casting.
